Central High’s PTSA chapter, more than 500 members strong, has been recognized as one of the largest and most active in the state. Historically known as PEP, short for Parents, Educators and Pupils, our mission is to support Central and the educational success of every Central student. By joining Central PEP you:
- Stay informed on what’s happening--a great way to support your child’s education.
- Support activities and events that enhance school life and maintain Central’s tradition of excellence, from student recognition, teacher appreciation to Post Prom and Purple Feather Day.
- Connect to the wider Central community, getting to know great people who care deeply about our school.
Central prides itself on having a very supportive group of parent volunteers who put on more than a dozen events over the course of the year. In fact, if you plan to volunteer in any capacity at Central, you must be a member of PEP. In addition, our membership dues go directly towards our activities at Central.
Monthly meetings are held at 7 p.m. in room 145 on the second Monday of each month, with each meeting featuring important information, dates and happenings at Central. So please join us. Click on the link to the left of this page, have your child drop the completed form off at the Central office, and join us at our next monthly meeting.
